From Eaglemont’s hills to our mats

Eaglemont is known for its winding streets and leafy hills. Our martial arts school is about 4.5 km west, on the flat beside Darebin Creek, with 700m² of training space and parking nearby.

Families make the trip for the teaching, the friendly atmosphere and a timetable with classes for every age.

Eaglemont children

Families around Ivanhoe East and Heidelberg Primary can choose Ninja Stars or Samurai Warriors, with Kids Life Skills built in. Lessons on focus, respect and resilience sit beside the physical training.

Secondary students

Junior Adults suits 11 to 15 year olds, including students from Viewbank College, with self defence at its core.

For parents as well

Plenty of parents start out watching and end up training. Choose Adults Martial Arts, BJJ or Fitness Kickboxing. Tuesday and Thursday mornings work well if you’re free after school drop-off.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and patience that all of the teachers have with our son. Since we started, we have seen a massive improvement in his motor strength, coordination, and perseverance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Review
My young son has been attending Guests Martial Arts for over three years, and it's really helped him with agility and coordination, and increased confidence in his physical abilities. … Lessons include discussions about things like friendships, positive social behaviour, sensible risk taking, and there are also reward programs for reading and good manners.

— Dan P.
