Along the way they build balance, coordination and confidence, and learn how to keep themselves safe.
A community, not just a class
Many of our instructors started as students, and some families have trained with us for two generations. We run seminars, gradings and events through the year, and senior students help newer ones. It’s the kind of place where kids are known by name and adults find a training group that keeps them coming back.
Adults from Alphington
Adults can train in Adults Martial Arts on weeknights, Tuesday and Thursday mornings or Saturday, join BJJ, or keep fit with Fitness Kickboxing. See also martial arts near Alphington.
