6 Week Morning Fitness Challenge
Hey Melbourne... let's get you moving again and maybe drop a few kilos just in time for Christmas. Our 6 week mini Fitness Challenge is designed to do just that. Our classes cater for all Fitness levels, from Complete Beginner to Fitness FANatics.

Fitness Challenge Guidelines
Ok so no one said it would be easy, aside from attending all the sessions you will need to follow these guidelines which can be tough but that's why we have regular contact at the classes AND access to our private Facebook group which is set up to offer daily motivation and support.

High Fibre Diet |

2 Litres of Water per day |

Our Instructor
Elisa is studying her Batchelor Of Exercise / Sport Science at Victoria University.
In addition to which she has also been studying Martial Arts (Jujutsu) for 16 years at GMA and is graded to 2nd Dan Black Belt Instructor Level and plays Semi Professional Soccer. Currently she also coaches professional athletes on how to gain performance improvements in their chosen sport. |
Bronze - Silver - Gold
We have three different packages to choose from, the Bronze package is the core of the programme with the Silver and Gold Packages offering a wider range of training particularly in our night-time Fitness Kickboxing programme.
Special mention - Included in the Gold Package is Elisa conducting the one on one Functional Movement Body Assessment which will give you a clear understanding of where your body is currently at physically and help you understand exactly what to focus on to make significant improvements.
