Daytime Martial Arts Classes

Finding a school that teaches Adults Martial Arts in the daytime can be very difficult, but for the last 18 years we have been running Daytime Adults Martial Arts Classes. The curriculum is just the same as the evenings and we have three Instructors that run these classes. They're popular with the self employed, retired people, shift workers, stay at home mums and dads, uni students or just people that have control over their time during the day.

​We are thinking about starting afternoon classes at 1pm on Monday and Wednesday so if that works for you let us know. 

Daytime Class times are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am till 11 am and Saturday at 12:45 pm till 2:15 pm. These classes are 90 minutes long and follow the same curriculum as the Adults evening classes. As you can see from these photos there's lots of space and the morning crew are a great community to be apart of and class numbers range from 10 to 20 per class.

About Adults Martial Arts

Adults Martial Arts at Guest's Martial Arts is based on Japanese Jujutsu, with a strong focus on real-world self-defence skills. Training includes technical development, controlled partner practice, and progressive fitness and conditioning.

An Amazing Place! I’ve been training here for over 7 years now (Japanese Jujutsu, Fitness Kickboxing, BJJ). The staff are kind, professional and extremely welcoming and the community is second to none! The facility itself is stunning with great equipment! Best of all, you will learn a lot and have heaps of fun while doing it! My confidence and fitness has improved greatly, I am very grateful for this place and the fantastic staff.

Daytime Fitness Kickboxing

We have daytime fitness kickboxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 11:15 am which are fairly quiet so if you want what is more like a small group PT session than a larger group class at the same cost they're great times to attend. We also have Saturday mornings and afternoons.
