Adult's Martial Arts Classes
Adults Classes are for men and women that want a strong robust self defence system including knife defence, ground fighting, weapons training and both morning and evening training times.
Both classes are filled with both friendly and dedicated students. We work hard to create a positive learning environment with people that are happy to give their time to new students to help them get started. We know that everyone is a white belt at the beginning.
Children's ClassesMartial arts training using gross motor and social skills for both Primary and preschool aged kids. An energetic martial arts program that focuses on developing gross motor skills and self control not only at the Dojo but also Home and School.
Over time we will help your son or daughter to become a confident, happy, primary school aged child that's not afraid to try new things.
I began Japanese Jujitsu training in 1990 nearly 25 years agoand I can honestly say I have enjoyed every moment. During that time I have been fortunate enough to travel to Japan, UK, Sth Africa, NZ and all over Australia to both learn, train and occasionally teach the odd seminar or two. After the school i was training in closed down I started the Melbourne Martial arts school in Preston around 1998. Over time it has grown to become the biggest Dojo for this type of Japanese Jujitsu Martial Arts training in the southern hemisphere.
I have to thank my amazing staff and students for all their support over the years and hope to continue to learn and share this incredible martial art right here in Melbourne for many years to come.
